What you will do

• Provide technical support for complex operational and maintenance issues involving SGT5/6-8000H gas turbines.
• Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses in collaboration with field teams and R&D.
• Develop and validate troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools.
• Analyze field data and service reports to identify product reliability improvements.
• Manage small- to medium-sized technical support projects with limited supervision.
• Coach and review lower-level professionals on complex technical subjects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in gas turbine service, commissioning, or technical support.
• Professional experience solving complex technical problems independently.
• Strong expertise in gas turbine technology, particularly SGT5/6-8000H.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and influencing skills.
