Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage plant equipment, personnel, and production processes to meet order demand, specifications, quality, planning, cost, and productivity targets.
• Prepare the annual production budget, monitor progress, and address cost issues.
• Develop and execute plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenue, and improve on-time delivery.
• Improve factory and supplier yields while reducing product field failure rates.
• Implement Four Quadrants program training and methods across the organization.
• Support customer visits by explaining manufacturing facility capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the metal shaping industry is required.
• Knowledge of conventional machines and metal processing, including cutting, bending, and welding.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, methods, and techniques.
