What you will do

• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections using standard tools and CMM equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for quality issues.
• Support quality engineers with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
• Collect and analyze data to identify quality trends and process improvements.
• Train manufacturing and inspection personnel on quality standards.
• Communicate technical findings across R&D, Operations, and Sales departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Rocklin, CA
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CMM (Zeiss CMM Calypso) is required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
