What you will do
- Book cargo and arrange trucking as required.
- Issue critical shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Export Declarations.
- Coordinate export licenses, customs declarations, and routing of products.
- Review customer requirements and Letters of Credit to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain constant communication with steamship agents and truckers regarding shipment status.
- Manage the administrative lifecycle of files, including opening, invoicing, and closing.
