What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers and distribution centers.
• Oversee outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, completeness, and condition.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate operations.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, including customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate records and upload shipping documentation into the internal system.
• Provide prompt customer service regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
