What you will do

• Oversee daily logistics operations including receiving, shipping, and material handling.
• Manage team performance, time tracking, and training initiatives.
• Ensure system and data integrity within ERP procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs.
• Enforce safety and 6S standards across all logistics areas.
• Coordinate transportation and monitor warehouse material requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in personnel and operational decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
• Logistics experience within a fiber optic production environment.
• Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) routing.
