What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor international FOC shipments from the distribution center through to final delivery.
• Prepare critical export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, and Dangerous Goods Declarations.
• Generate courier labels via FedEx, DHL, and UPS, including UN/overpack labels for HazMat shipments.
• Maintain daily tracking logs and communicate shipment status to Customer Operations, Sales, Education, and Marketing teams.
• Troubleshoot shipment delays and resolve exceptions with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Manage accurate data entry in NetSuite, WMS, and TMS and implement process improvements for better visibility.

Requirements

• Experience in international logistics and export documentation.
• Ability to handle HazMat shipments and generate specific dangerous goods declarations.
• Proficiency in using courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
• Experience working with NetSuite, WMS, and TMS software.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to exception resolution.
