Program Manager (Energy Infrastructure): Leading on-site integration and client accountability for large-scale, multi-contract integrated energy campus programs with an accent on sequencing, scope interfaces, and cross-BU resolution. Focus on managing portfolio-level coordination, contract negotiations, and ensuring alignment across generation, transmission, and storage infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle.
Location: Remote/Traveling (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $152,527 – $221,165

What you will do
- Serve as the on-site program integration leader and single point of accountability for large-scale energy campus programs.
- Manage interface points and resolve cross-contract issues across generation, transmission, and data center infrastructure.
- Drive portfolio-level coordination, including contract negotiations, engineering early work, and supply chain execution.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Set program-level risk strategies and establish recovery plans across multiple projects.
- Hold dotted-line accountability over Site Managers to ensure alignment on schedule, scope, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-contract, multi-technology programs with significant integration complexity.
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex, multi-technology programs.
- Proven experience in energy infrastructure or complex industrial projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with BTM (behind-the-meter) campus delivery.
- Strong background in power generation or campus-scale development.
