What you will do

• Lead the launch and ongoing management of a large-scale Energy Efficiency Program with annual revenue of $5M - $7M.
• Oversee program P&L reporting, KPI tracking, and performance-based compensation delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with federal program requirements, state agency guidelines, and funding agreements.
• Direct and coordinate multi-functional teams, including direct reports and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary liaison with state agency and utility partners for strategic planning and program reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing and contact center teams to support community outreach and participant engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or grant-funded programs.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (MS or MBA preferred).
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel regularly across Mississippi to client, agency, or customer sites.
