What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for campaign execution, coordinating between client stakeholders and internal specialist teams.
• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns from brief intake to final delivery.
• Own and maintain campaign workback plans, ensuring timelines are realistic and sequenced.
• Manage the integrated briefing process to ensure specialist teams receive clear, actionable direction.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Apply Gen AI tools to optimize project documentation, status reporting, and workflow management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Solid experience managing integrated marketing campaign execution across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to build and own detailed workback plans.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience in remote environments.
