What you will do

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends across social platforms to inform creative briefs.
• Utilize intelligence tools and internal data to analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Support the creative cycle by authoring briefs and collaborating with the Studio team on production handoffs.
• Document insights into a structured knowledge base to ensure continuous learning.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for ideation, data analysis, and output scaling.

Requirements

• Must be graduating between July 2027 and December 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and creative strategy.
• Willingness to use AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow.

Nice to have

• Prior coursework or projects in marketing, data analysis, or creative fields.
• Interest in mobile gaming and app marketing.
