What you will do

• Own and maintain the marketing content calendar at least 4 weeks ahead across all channels.
• Run the delivery motion for launches and announcements to ensure assets are tracked and shipped on time.
• Queue and publish approved content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X, adapting copy for each platform.
• Manage community engagement across social channels, responding to comments and DMs in the brand voice.
• Deploy biweekly email newsletters, manage list hygiene, and support podcast production logistics.
• Coordinate the distribution of PR moments and maintain the creator CRM.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, social media management, or marketing project management.
• Must be based in Brazil and available to work EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST).
• English: C1+ proficiency required (all business is conducted 100% in English).
• Proven project management skills with experience running multi-stakeholder content calendars.
• Deep comfort with Notion and modern social media scheduling tools.
• AI-native mindset with an eagerness to build workflows alongside AI analytics and reporting layers.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, beehiiv, or Substack.
• Experience supporting podcast or video production logistics.
• Experience managing creators or influencer programs.
• Familiarity with Figma.
