What you will do
- Own the Partner Marketing Strategy for Brazil, balancing CRM execution with Instagram and content planning.
- Execute CRM campaigns via Email and WhatsApp to drive commercial conversions and partner engagement.
- Manage the editorial direction and end-to-end planning for the Partner Instagram channel.
- Create high-quality creative briefs for internal design and copy teams to produce marketing assets.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Track and report KPIs across CRM and Social channels to optimize content performance.
Requirements
- Experience in content marketing and copywriting for social media and CRM channels.
- Proven track record of briefing creative teams and managing KOL/influencer relationships.
- Ability to operate CRM tools for deploying email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Practical experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for marketing routines.
- Mandatory fluency in Portuguese.
- Advanced/Fluent English level is mandatory.
