Location: Remote (Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Poland, Romania, or Lithuania)

What you will do
- Develop creative strategies and high-converting angles for product funnels across all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Native).
- Design and execute structured A/B testing plans for hooks, angles, copy, and visual treatments.
- Analyze creative KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and Hook Rate to diagnose underperformers and guide strategic shifts.
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for copywriters and video editors, ensuring alignment with direct-response objectives.
- Conduct deep research into customer pain points and competitor creative to build a scalable angle library.
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm shifts to leverage new UGC formats and storytelling structures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing within DTC/ecommerce environments.
- Proven track record of crafting high-converting video ads, UGC, and advertorials for Meta, TikTok, and Native platforms.
- Deep understanding of sales psychology and persuasive copywriting principles.
- Proficiency in interpreting creative KPIs and translating data into strategic creative decisions.
- Strong briefing and feedback skills for efficient cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Poland, Romania, or Lithuania.
Nice to have
- Experience with AdBattery or similar creative management and diagnostics tools.
- Direct experience with Native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent).
- Background in health, wellness, or supplement verticals.
- Familiarity with DR copywriting frameworks like AIDA and PAS.
- Experience using AI tools for creative research and ideation.
