What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the LATAM region.
  • Build and manage a regional events engine, including executive dinners, trade shows, and roundtables.
  • Develop co-marketing programs with strategic partners like Accenture and Solvento.
  • Manage regional social media, content production, and PR efforts in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Run demand generation campaigns, including paid media, email, and ABM, aligned with local sales teams.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics to optimize budget allocation and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, preferably in high-growth tech.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution in events, content, and digital marketing without agency reliance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in pipeline reporting and CRM management.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a plug-and-play environment with no existing playbook.
  • Must be based in the LATAM region to effectively manage regional stakeholders and partners.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese proficiency (Brazil is a priority market).
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or AI marketing to C-level buyers.
  • Background in partner or channel marketing with system integrators.
  • Familiarity with the LATAM enterprise media and events ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and design tools like Figma or Canva.
