What you will do

• Define and execute a global strategy for GSIs and agencies to drive revenue and customer success.
• Build and evolve differentiated partner programs and operating models for high-value partnerships.
• Manage executive relationships with key GSI partners to create joint business opportunities.
• Lead joint business planning, including revenue targets, investment plans, and success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to integrate partners into GTM strategies.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets and governance models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with GSIs and large digital agencies.
• Experience building or scaling partner programs that produced measurable revenue and pipeline.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and indirect channel revenue generation.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to think strategically about long-term growth while driving short-term business outcomes.
