Salary: $119,220 – $230,400

What you will do

• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of Strategic Alliance Managers, managing their career progression and performance.
• Oversee alliance programs for eCommerce partners including Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce.
• Manage partner enablement, QBRs, and joint business plans to increase qualified referrals and bookings.
• Establish KPIs and track team performance to ensure accountability and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Alliances, Channel, or Partnerships.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and scaling partner organizations.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable revenue and pipeline results.
• Proficiency in using CRM and performance data for data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in the United States.
