What you will do

  • Build and evolve creative strategies for assigned games, aligning creative decisions with business and brand outcomes.
  • Analyze competitor behavior, market trends on TikTok and Meta, and player signals to generate actionable briefs.
  • Integrate AI tools as a core substrate for data structuring, ideation, and scaling creative output.
  • Collaborate with Studio teams to oversee the production of complex creative formats, including playable ads.
  • Evaluate creative performance using metrics such as Spend Share, IPM, CTR, CPI, and ROAS to iterate on strategies.
  • Define A/B test methodologies with Data Scientists and maintain a structured knowledge base of systemic learnings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth, Brand Performance, or Creative Strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in performance marketing logic and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to translate market and competitor research into high-leverage creative briefs.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to multiply professional output and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence tools such as Sensor Tower or AppMagic.
  • English and Portuguese: Excellent written and verbal communication required

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile gaming or app marketing for consumer products at scale.
  • Background in digital-first industries such as Fintech, E-commerce, or Marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with motion design, video production, or playable ads.
  • Experience running structured A/B tests on creative assets.
