What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns and automated email flows.
• Create and maintain email templates using Iterable’s drag-and-drop editor and basic HTML.
• Monitor the email inbox, respond to inquiries, and route messages to the right teams.
• Analyze email metrics (opens, clicks, conversions), run A/B tests, and produce actionable reporting.
• Ensure personalization using dynamic Handlebars variables and optimize email design for mobile/desktop and dark mode.
• Maintain customer database/spreadsheets, manage tasks in ClickUp, and support cross-functional coordination via meeting notes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Proficiency building HTML-based email templates and drag-and-drop email campaigns.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting, plus strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data.
• Experience with A/B testing and with marketing platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Strong English proficiency: C2 level or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible hours with availability until at least 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) for meetings with the US-based team.
