Location: Los Angeles, with in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office
Salary: $50–$85 per hour

What you will do
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for engineering, manufacturing, production, and related roles.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, candidate advocacy, offers, and closing.
- Partner with Talent, Engineering, Production, hiring managers, interview panels, and company leadership.
- Evaluate technical and behavioral fit while managing candidate pipelines and interview data.
- Improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- U.S. Persons status is required to access export-controlled data.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring manager and director partnership.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets.
- Experience evaluating technical aptitude and technical and behavioral fit.
- Experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking recruiting progress.
- Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniques.
Nice to have
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production.
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Recruiting experience in the aerospace or engineering industry.
