Senior Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States (onsite). U.S. work authorization and U.S. person status are required due to ITAR-controlled technology.

Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus stock options and/or long-term cash awards.

hirify.global develops commercial space infrastructure, including in-orbit pharmaceutical processing, reentry capsules, heat shields, and satellite buses.

What you will do

• Manage 4–8 active engineering searches simultaneously and maintain full pipelines.
• Source technical candidates through outreach, referrals, and passive-candidate generation.
• Conduct recruiter screens covering engineering fundamentals, systems thinking, and hardware integration experience.
• Drive offers through closing, including compensation and equity discussions.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify and remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep hiring processes and candidate assessment frameworks current.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with high-volume, hands-on sourcing for engineering roles.
• Experience sourcing and closing senior- and staff-level engineering talent in competitive markets.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to discuss engineering work credibly with candidates.
• Demonstrated self-direction, accountability, proactive communication, and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR requirements.

• In-house recruiting experience at a hardware or deep-tech startup from Series A through growth stage.
