Technical Recruiter - Engineering & Production (Contract) (Aerospace): Scaling engineering and production teams by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring aerospace engineers, technicians, and factory-floor leads with an accent on full-cycle recruiting and hiring-manager partnership. Focus on assessing technical and behavioral fit, managing multiple candidate pipelines, and improving recruiting processes for spacecraft manufacturing.
Location: Los Angeles, California, USA; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office. U.S. Persons status is required to access export-controlled data.
Salary: USD 50–85 per hour plus equity.

What you will do
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for engineering, production, and related roles.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offers and hiring decisions.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Partner with Talent, Engineering, Production leaders, hiring managers, interviewers, and company leadership.
- Manage candidate pipelines, application data, interview communications, and recruiting systems.
- Improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- U.S. Persons status required for access to export-controlled data.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring-manager and director partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets.
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and behavioral fit.
- Experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking progress.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing and alternative sourcing techniques.
Nice to have
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production.
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Recruiting experience in aerospace or engineering.
