What you will do
- Drive team performance against key KPIs including pilot conversion rates and user activation.
- Manage high-impact strategic implementations and set best-in-class execution standards.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance development for the implementation team.
- Collaborate with Commercial leaders to align goals across Sales, Partner Success, and Clinical Success.
- Proactively identify and manage risks through coaching and direct intervention.
- Act as a culture leader, ensuring team alignment with company values and standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project execution or software implementations.
- 2+ years of experience in people management and team leadership.
- Proven track record of successful healthcare technology project delivery.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in deep integrations.
- Ability to interpret data to tell success stories for stakeholders and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with pilot-to-scale conversion motions.
- Experience implementing electronic health records (Epic is a plus).
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other privacy/security protocols.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
