Salary: $143,650 – $198,000

What you will do

• Drive team performance against key KPIs including pilot conversion rates and user activation.
• Manage high-impact strategic implementations and set best-in-class execution standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance development for the implementation team.
• Collaborate with Commercial leaders to align goals across Sales, Partner Success, and Clinical Success.
• Proactively identify and manage risks through coaching and direct intervention.
• Act as a culture leader, ensuring team alignment with company values and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project execution or software implementations.
• 2+ years of experience in people management and team leadership.
• Proven track record of successful healthcare technology project delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in deep integrations.
• Ability to interpret data to tell success stories for stakeholders and internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pilot-to-scale conversion motions.
• Experience implementing electronic health records (Epic is a plus).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other privacy/security protocols.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
