What you will do

• Own JIRA as the engineering source of truth, managing workflows, dashboards, and hygiene standards.
• Track and report on flow metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and WIP to improve predictability.
• Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums to surface and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Audit and coach agile ceremonies (standups, retros, planning) across multiple engineering teams.
• Own the release process for 21CFR-regulated environments, including change control and deployment runbooks.
• Leverage AI tooling to automate manual reporting and derive actionable delivery insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or release management.
• Expert-level JIRA administration skills, including configuration, workflows, and JQL.
• Proven ability to move the needle on flow-based metrics and cycle time.
• Experience managing release processes in regulated environments (21CFR, SOC 2, or HIPAA).
• Strong communication skills to translate delivery data into strategic reports for leadership.
• Experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini) for automating work and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS company with an engineering scale of 30–100 people.
• Familiarity with agile reporting tools such as EazyBI, Jellyfish, or LinearB.
• SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or ICAgile certifications.
• Proximity to the Charlotte, NC metro area.
