What you will do

  • Innovate and streamline the Partner Experience role to eliminate redundancies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Enhance customer self-service capabilities to establish the company as a leader in scalable healthcare solutions.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service delivery.
  • Negotiate and prioritize client requests among technical teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to Business Process Flows to optimize application functionality.
  • Coordinate contract management and set clear service delivery expectations with partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; or Milwaukee, WI (25% in-office hybrid).
  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Service Delivery or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts, TPA managed benefits, or Health Plans is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders from C-suite to technical analysts.
