What you will do
- Innovate and streamline the Partner Experience role to eliminate redundancies and improve operational efficiency.
- Enhance customer self-service capabilities to establish the company as a leader in scalable healthcare solutions.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service delivery.
- Negotiate and prioritize client requests among technical teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review and recommend enhancements to Business Process Flows to optimize application functionality.
- Coordinate contract management and set clear service delivery expectations with partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; or Milwaukee, WI (25% in-office hybrid).
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Service Delivery or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
- Experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts, TPA managed benefits, or Health Plans is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders from C-suite to technical analysts.
