Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Remote - Nationwide)

Salary: $96,100 – $135,700

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain client implementation project timelines and workplans.
  • Lead new client implementation meetings and manage cross-functional team coordination.
  • Oversee task assignment and prioritization for the implementation team.
  • Build and deliver client communications for go-live processes.
  • Coordinate with third-party brokers and administrators for shared client implementations.
  • Transition new clients from the implementation phase to ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • 5–8 years of experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects in professional or financial services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
