Salary: $180,000 – $225,000 USD (NY base range).

What you will do

• Work directly with customers and partners to onboard and implement payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine features and prioritize customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary functional and technical specialist for business objectives.
• Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
• Manage the entire delivery life cycle, including training, testing, and launch support.
• Travel to customer and partner locations (20-30% of the time).

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven IT/software experience.
• Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
• Strong understanding of network principles, design, and financial services networks.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at a network, database, or application level.
• Hands-on experience with software development and writing production-grade code.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model.
