TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $145,000 – $235,000 (depending on geographic zone, inclusive of 15% bonus)

What you will do

  • Lead the customer storytelling program and build a pipeline of success stories focused on the AI SDLC.
  • Establish and manage an executive advisory board to strengthen trust and feedback loops with key decision-makers.
  • Produce written and video case studies through direct customer interviews.
  • Oversee peer review programs on platforms like G2, TrustRadius, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Design and optimize advocacy programs and incentive strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to manage customer onboarding and adoption nurture activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • 7+ years of customer advocacy experience managing individual contributors.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience working directly with a developer or software engineering audience.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer lifecycle tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Champion, or UserEvidence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
