What you will do

• Lead and evolve the marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes.
• Implement and scale AI-powered workflows to improve funnel efficiency and team productivity.
• Optimize the marketing automation stack, including Marketo and Customer.io.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track funnel performance and revenue impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Operations within B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-powered operational improvements.
• Experience with Self-Serve Acquisition programs and hybrid sales-led motions.
• Familiarity with Customer.io, Chameleon, HockeyStack, Snowflake, or Sigma.
