What you will do

• Lead the development and integration of upcoming advanced packaging technology nodes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with process module, device engineering, yield, and reliability teams to deliver base die solutions.
• Drive closure of defect, yield, and reliability gaps using data-driven root cause analysis.
• Lead process development initiatives from concept through qualification for high-volume manufacturing.
• Implement cost-effective solutions through value engineering principles.
• Manage knowledge transfer and process stability during the transition to manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field (3+ years exp), Master's (2+ years), or PhD.
• Experience in process integration, yield analysis, or process development within high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of semiconductor advanced packaging techniques and flows.
• Must be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, US.
