What you will do

• Assess foundry technology offerings and define new technology platforms for IP and product designs.
• Perform PPAC (power, performance, area, cost) assessment and benchmarking.
• Execute test structure design, silicon characterization, and model-to-silicon correlation in advanced foundry technology nodes.
• Collaborate with experts in CMOS process technology, device modeling, and analog/digital IP design.
• Provide quality assurance for designs and tape-outs, ensuring the predictability of EDA and RCX tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Physics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience after BS, 6+ years after MS, or 3+ years after PhD with recent work in advanced FINFET or GAA nodes.
• Strong background in advanced CMOS technology (FEOL, MEOL, BEOL) and design-technology interactions.
• Proficiency in interacting with design teams and foundry partners.
• Hands-on experience with device/circuit level test structure designs, verification (DRC, LVS), extraction, and SPICE simulation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
