Salary: $82,060 - $122,900 per annum

What you will do

• Set up, debug, and maintain validation platforms, including EVB, PVT platforms, and photonic interposer test vehicles.
• Perform PCB solder rework down to 0201 package size and execute BGA chip reflow and mounting.
• Execute board bring-up and perform component-level troubleshooting on PCBs.
• Coordinate lab operations, including equipment calibration, asset tracking, and inventory management.
• Support photonic system validation via optical insertion loss tests and EO loopback measurements.
• Collaborate with firmware and hardware design teams on the initial bring-up of silicon photonics platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an electronics lab environment as a technician or similar.
• Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with PCB solder rework and BGA rework.
• Proven ability in board bring-up and component-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with standard lab equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information (EAR).
