What you will do

• Perform detailed business process analysis and operational reviews to automate functional workflows.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional specifications and manage technical changes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business verticals and the IT organization to align user needs with technical capabilities.
• Coordinate priority queues, resource allocations, and dependencies across multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Mentor project team members and educate IT stakeholders on operational needs and strategic direction.
• Create and monitor KPIs to track project progress toward integration milestones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the commercial healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of experience supporting state Medicaid payer system integration and modernization.
• 3+ years of familiarity with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) principles.
• 6+ years of experience with standard data structures, EDI, and healthcare file formats.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to pass mandatory state-level criminal, credit, and E-Verify background screenings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Federal Certification requirements and public sector systems validation.
• 6+ years of professional project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
