TL;DR
Associate Technical Analyst (Requirements/Testing): Supporting technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope by translating business needs into detailed requirements, creating and executing test cases, and performing root cause analysis with corrective action plans. Focus on requirements testing, defect/risk resolution, and ensuring quality delivery across infrastructure, networking/telecommunications, release management, and application/platform support.
Location: Working at Home in Pennsylvania (office- or remote-based; occasional travel 25%β50%).

What you will do
- Assist in capturing capability needs and translating high-level business requirements into detailed requirements and change requests/enhancements.
- Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Create and execute test cases (testing plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management) and tie results back to customer impacts.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans; support identification, documentation, and resolution of risks, defects, and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
- Ensure compliance with required standards and maintain accurate, concise project documentation and status reporting.
Requirements
- Working at Home in Pennsylvania.
- Travel readiness of 25%β50% (occasionally from the office to work sites or site-to-site).
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience/education as determined by the company.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to understand end-systems impact of changes across multiple systems.

- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
- Healthcare/health insurance industry experience.
