What you will do

• Serve as a primary resource for digital workflows within the hirify.global application suite.
• Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on electronic health record (eHR) systems.
• Assist with eHR onboarding, proficiency maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Support new functionality rollouts and go-live events across all regions.
• Address complex clinical and technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery settings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Silicon Valley area for onsite duties.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to obtain Epic proficiency certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication skills for training and supporting clinical staff.
• Availability to work a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend requirements.
