What you will do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with critical societies, associations, and scientific organizations to bolster company reputation.
- Develop and implement the external engagement plan and lead tactical commercial initiatives.
- Support the creation of the annual US strategic business plan and provide business guidance on critical projects.
- Lead landscape assessments and analyze evolving market trends and project mix implications.
- Translate the voice of the customer into actionable strategies aligned with market demands and preferences.
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple simultaneous initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or medical roles.
- Extensive knowledge of the US pharmaceutical and biotech market, with specific experience in oncology.
- Deep understanding of the US society, association, and scientific organization landscape.
- Proven ability to provide cross-functional leadership and work effectively through others.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to navigate core company systems.
