What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outsourced travel support model and TMC vendors across all global locations.
• Act as the primary internal liaison and vendor manager to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance goals are met.
• Analyze travel data and maintain PowerBi dashboards to identify trends and support strategic business decisions.
• Drive the refinement of Concur Travel configurations and develop scalable, centralized processes.
• Monitor compliance with Global Travel & Expense policies and proactively propose policy recommendations.
• Lead special projects and enterprise-wide initiatives to drive continuous improvement within corporate services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate travel operations.
• Proven experience managing a Global Travel Management Company (TMC) and online travel tools, preferably Concur.
• Experience working within a biotech or similarly regulated global corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Boston, MA to utilize hybrid or on-site work options.
