Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year + RSU package.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Launch Managers while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Own a portfolio of new market launches, ensuring services meet partner expectations and internal KPIs.
• Provide strategic oversight on launch quality, including safety, cost efficiency, and rider satisfaction.
• Serve as a senior operational counterpart to agency leadership on high-stakes projects.
• Build new operational systems and define processes for technology implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and Finance to execute launch strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, ideally combining consulting and operations.
• Proven track record in high-growth or transformation environments, such as scaling teams or launching new business lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operator’s mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of exceptional achievement (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in New York City and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
