Salary: $275,000–$325,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the formulation and evolution of enterprise-wide strategy aligned with long-term growth ambitions.
- Advise the CEO, Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, and Board on portfolio strategy and market positioning.
- Drive the identification and execution planning of strategic growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships.
- Partner with Business Unit Presidents to translate strategic ambition into measurable financial outcomes.
- Oversee annual strategic planning processes and capital allocation priorities.
- Provide thought leadership on industry disruptions including AI, digital platforms, and automation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or senior roles within fintech/financial services.
- Proven track record of advising C-suite leaders and Boards on enterprise-level strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of financial services, capital markets, or platform-based business models.
- Demonstrated operational experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Exceptional analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
