Salary: $294,483 - $386,511 USD

What you will do

  • Lead thought leader liaison and clinical educator teams to drive stakeholder loyalty and a positive experience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development to ensure unified messaging.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify trends and inform strategic product improvements.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and manage escalated complaints.
  • Coordinate external communication strategies, loyalty programs, and industry forums.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Business or related field (MBA desirable).
  • 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial level experience.
  • Direct functional leadership in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, or Training & Development.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time.
  • Must be based in Bridgewater, NJ.
