Salary: $204,000 - $320,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead the U.S. Ostomy business, owning the overall P&L and overseeing Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Key Account teams.
- Design and execute sales objectives, territory planning, and tactical elements of the sales plan using Salesforce.
- Manage sales margins and performance in strict alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to establish staffing plans and drive recruitment and retention of high-performing associates.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners.
- Deliver clinical and financial proposals to key decision-makers and conduct frequent on-site facility visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 12-15 years of related experience, preferably 15+ years in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in progressive sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (30%–50%), including overnight stays.
- Must be based in or able to work from Libertyville, IL, with a 4-day weekly onsite requirement.
