What you will do

• Direct and plan World Class Continuous Improvement activities across corporate operations.
• Drive the implementation and standardization of OPEX and Value Engineering across various sites.
• Establish and track key metrics and goals for World Class Manufacturing.
• Prioritize high-impact projects based on functional needs and business impact.
• Oversee internal training, coordinate workshops, and develop employee capability standards.
• Manage the site productivity and Operational Excellence project portfolio to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, California.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field of study (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management.
• Applicable industry/professional certification.
• Experience working within a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
