What you will do

• Lead Level 3 support for complex incidents, problems, and technical escalations.
• Own RCA/RFO investigations and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with SRE and Engineering teams to improve overall service reliability.
• Enhance proactive monitoring and Operational Support Systems (OSS).
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop L3 technical expertise and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in Azure Cloud and Linux administration.
• Proficiency with IBM MQ and messaging technologies.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MariaDB, or SQL Server.

Nice to have

• Experience within the airline or airport industry.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or Dynatrace.
• Relevant certifications: AZ-104, RHCSA/RHCE, IBM MQ, or ITIL Foundation.
