What you will do

• Administer and troubleshoot IT cloud systems (L2 & L3), focusing on Microsoft Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Manage Intune MDM across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints.
• Administer Azure Active Directory, including Identity Protection, Group Management, and Conditional Access.
• Implement and maintain SSO integrations and a corporate Access Control Matrix.
• Execute system audits, health checks, and security hardening in line with CIS and NIST benchmarks.
• Provide technical mentorship to the IT Service Desk and handle capacity planning and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Systems Administration.
• Proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, and MDM solutions.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with Windows and macOS.
• Expertise in security hardening and patch management.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and applications.
• Familiarity with ManageEngine or Patch My PC.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and NIST.
