What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of initiatives and execute readiness workstreams to ensure a high-quality experience for experts.
• Assess risks across workstreams and drive mitigation efforts to ensure on-time releases with minimal defects.
• Partner with product and communication teams to align on roadmaps and proactively communicate changes.
• Optimize planning and change practices to ensure they are enduring and scalable.
• Mentor other team members on change management best practices.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative expert insights into actionable support readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of proven performance in change management.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience using AI for streamlining business tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA.
