Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Designing and operationalizing end-to-end customer lifecycle programs to improve engagement, reduce churn, and drive long-term value realization. Location: Must be based in Canada (Hybrid options available in Kitchener, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg).
Salary: $80,000 – $112,000 CAD

What you will do
- Define and own GTM strategy and planning frameworks for product launches and customer growth initiatives.
- Develop scalable lifecycle strategies to support customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Create proactive engagement programs using multi-channel communication strategies including email, in-app messaging, and webinars.
- Analyze behavioral data and health metrics to identify churn signals and design targeted intervention campaigns.
- Build and manage automated workflows using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing, and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft effective customer-facing content.
Nice to have
- Experience working within B2B SaaS or technology-driven product environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and personalization.
