What you will do

• Lead and oversee multiple professional services groups through subordinate leadership.
• Manage regional P&L, including revenue, profitability, and bookings targets.
• Drive strategic recruiting, workforce planning, and career development for the consulting function.
• Establish strong partnerships with sales management to support license sales and services opportunities.
• Define and sustain world-class consulting processes, methodologies, and talent standards.
• Champion the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline routine tasks and improve service delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting and management experience at the regional or district level.
• 10+ years of experience managing all aspects of a services business, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in systems integration consulting or software vendor services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain technical personnel.
• Strong proficiency in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
