What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of clinical and pharmacy software implementation consultants.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of services engagements and drive customer satisfaction.
• Optimize team workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and project management teams to drive business growth and product adoption.
• Manage resource allocation and performance evaluations to meet organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the professional services department through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, including professional services or consulting.
• Experience managing remote teams, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Expertise in supporting professional services sales, including SOW development and pricing.
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with EHR implementation or healthcare software is strongly preferred.
