Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid/Remote with travel required to various sites in Michigan).
Salary: $29.83 - $44.69 per hour.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain orientation and training programs for new and current revenue integrity staff.
- Conduct formal classroom and virtual training sessions on legacy HIS, Epic, and revenue cycle software.
- Collaborate with system implementation teams to test applications and develop end-user training content.
- Provide remedial education for staff identified with high-risk registration or billing errors.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and competency assessments.
- Update workflows, policies, and procedures in alignment with federal and state regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel to Michigan sites (10%+).
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functional training and specialized methodology for training support tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Federal and State government regulations and Medicare Compliance.
- Strong teaching and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referral credentials within one year of hire.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Current Epic credentials in Cadence, Prelude, and Referral applications.
- CHAA or CRCS-I professional certifications.
