Salary: $29.83 - $44.69 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain orientation and training programs for new and current revenue integrity staff.
• Conduct formal classroom and virtual training sessions on legacy HIS, Epic, and revenue cycle software.
• Collaborate with system implementation teams to test applications and develop end-user training content.
• Provide remedial education for staff identified with high-risk registration or billing errors.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and competency assessments.
• Update workflows, policies, and procedures in alignment with federal and state regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel to Michigan sites (10%+).
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functional training and specialized methodology for training support tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Federal and State government regulations and Medicare Compliance.
• Strong teaching and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to obtain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referral credentials within one year of hire.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Current Epic credentials in Cadence, Prelude, and Referral applications.
• CHAA or CRCS-I professional certifications.
