What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall L&D strategy for the Locums division to align with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify performance gaps and create scalable training solutions to improve recruiter productivity and retention.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive training programs, competency models, and career development pathways.
  • Create and maintain standardized training materials, playbooks, and digital learning resources across various platforms.
  • Measure and report training effectiveness through KPIs including ramp time, sales productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and accountability throughout the division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of Locums Business Development or Locums Staffing Training experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to think outside the box and drive professional advancement within a recruiting organization.
